Focus on God’s word for wisdom and faith in a small-group Bible study. LCG holds Bible studies at different times of year as there is interest. Please contact us if you are interested in joining or leading one.
- Starting Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2018, we will begin a six-week study on “The Prodigal God” by Tim Keller. This is a powerful book for church-goers and skeptics alike. This small-group book study includes a short video, reading, group discussion, dinner, and fellowship. Join us Tuesday nights at 6 p.m. at the church. You will need to purchase “The Prodigal God” book, either online or at Faith Book Store before the second session, Sept. 11.
“What it Means to be a Lutheran”
Have questions about the Lutheran faith or our practices at LCG? Learn more through our “What it Means to be a Lutheran” course. The course is arranged as there is demand, so please contact us if you are interested.
LCG’s catechesis program is a thorough introduction to Christian basics in preparation for confirmation and, for most, a first communion. Confirmation is possible at any age. For youth, LCG’s practice has historically been “the age of discretion.” Participants study Martin Luther’s Small Catechism. Please contact us to inquire.
